At 9:30am on Sunday mornings our kindergarten - 3rd grade children learn about God's love throughout history, using the Live B.I.G. curriculum and a rotational model of ministry.
Curriculum = Live B.I.G. (Belief In God)
Rotational Model = Children rotate to classroom experiences that use a hands on, multi-modal approach to learning. Each month our learning centers around a central biblical theme.
One week the children may learn in the Creation Station room, where the biblical story is enhanced with creative art experiences. Another week they may learn in Cyber Place where the biblical story is enhanced and experienced using computers and other technology. Other weeks the children may learn in the Sunday Morning Live room (biblical story enhanced with drama and puppets, or the Holy Word Theatre (biblical story enhanced with movies and popcorn), or Biblequest (biblical story enhanced with creative games and movement activities).
