SHECP Staff Information Staff SHECP employees 39 staff people and enrolls 158 children which guarantees child to teacher ratios that are below the state requirements. Staff are involved in various continuing education and professional development activities. Currently, over half of our staff is voluntarily working toward their Child Development Associate Certification.
